Age restrictions
- All ages are welcome. Please note that kids until their 14th birthday need to be accompanied by an adult.
- We don’t serve alcohol under 18 and we can ask for your ID to confirm your age.
- There are free tickets available for kids that are under the age of 12 at the day of their festival visit.
- Reduced price tickets are available for teens between the age of 12 and 18. NOTE: these tickets are exclusively for visitors aged 12 minimum and 17 maximum.
- Visitors aged 18 and older need to buy a regular festival ticket.
18+ bracelet
For adult visitors it is possible to get an 18+ wristband at the entrance after ID check. With this wristband it’s clear for our bar staff that you are 18+ and they can serve you alcohol.
If we have doubts about your age, we can ask you for ID.

South of Heaven is a 100% cashless festival.
Food & drinks
There are several food and drink stands with a variaty of products. We’ll have coffee & tea as well as wine and beer and pizza and fries as well as fruit, Asian food etc. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well as non-vegetarian options. If you need to bring your own food due to medical indications or severe allergy, please contact us in advance at info@southofheaven.nl.
Hearing protection
Just as you would expect: our music can be loud! Please take care of your ears, as you may need them for a long time as a musiclover. Especially for young ones, we advice hearing protection such as over-ear noise cancellers. In case you forgot: you can also buy hearing protection at the festival ground.
Lost & found
Have you lost something on the festival ground? Send us an email at info@southofheaven.nl. Lost objects will be contained up until 2 weeks after the festival. If we didn’t find your lost item, or after the two weeks notice, please turn to local police or the municipality of Maastricht.
Did you find other peoples belongings? You can give them to our staff, bring it to Muziekgieterij or to local police.
First aid (EHBO)
Visitors in need for medical help or other issues that may ask medical attention can go to our first aid post. You can find this spot through signings at our terrain.
If you have to bring medication (such as insuline) that needs to be stored at our first aid post, please contact us in advance so we can arrange that.
