Accessible viewing platform
For visitors with limited mobility there’s an accessible viewing platform. Access to this platform is reserved for people that can’t walk or stand for too long, and have a medical indication.
Do you need access to this platform? Instead of a regular ticket, purchase an accessible viewing platform ticket (1, 2 or 3 day), you can find them under section tickets.
Medical indications and needs
If you have a medical indication to bring (your own) drinks, food or medication, contact us through info@southofheaven.nl in advance. Also, if you need to bring walking sticks, a wheelchair or a stool: contact us as well so we can help you with a smooth get-in.
First aid/ EHBO
We have a First aid/EHBO post with medical staff. If you need to store medication (such as insuline), let us know in advance so we can help you.
Surface of the festival grounds
The surface of our terrain is covered with grass, but underneath there’s a water draining layer. So even if it rains, it won’t be too muddy and you won’t sink in deep walking or riding over it. There are several spaces where you can sit on the ground (on the grass covered sides) or at our wooden tablebenches.
